Thank you for your good wishes for my dog bite. Other than a swelled, black and blue left leg, I basically feel fine and am back walking. Not as fast or as long, but walking. As my doctor says I have a strong immune system.

I’m convinced that supplements can help protect our immune systems—my daily routine includes astragalus root and vitamin C. I also have a tiny garden. Just harvested my first broccoli today! Also cut some turnip greens and collard leaves and fresh sage. And planted tiny arugula seeds and plan Silverbeet chard (as soon as I buy organic seeds).

The local Weston Price group is a favorite of mine.
